Stay and Play

Thank you to all our parents that attended our first stay and play of the year! The children thoroughly enjoyed showing you our classroom and exploring Chinese New Year with you. 

First Week Back

Wow! The children have returned to Nursery very ready to learn. All the children have been on task and have shown particular interests in numbers and our new polar exploration station! Well done Nursery!

Christmas Dinner!

What a lovely lunch time! The staff and children all really enjoyed eating Christmas dinner together and the children especially loved the snowman ice cream! 

Mrs Wilson and Mrs Hayton were so impressed with the children who usually have dinners and their independence in the dinner hall, scraping and tidying their plates! A big thank you to Mrs Pitts for all your hard work!

And the children who had never eaten dinner in the hall were so brave and excited, they were superstars!

Recent Nursery happenings!

Rangoli Patterns

We have been exploring shapes and patterns by looking at Rangoli patterns. We have done this in lots of different ways!

First week back!

Here are a few pictures from our first week back after the half term holidays. The children have settled back into routines brilliantly!

Fairies and Sleeping Beauty

The children have been very interested in dressing up like fairies and acting out the story of Sleeping Beauty. They have been choosing which character to be and acting out the story. The children have been excellent at talking about the key events and characters from the story.
