ON Wednesday we released our butterflies!

We released the class butterflies on Wednesday. The children were very excited and thought of lots of wonderful ideas about where they might go next!

Today we have had slime in nursery! The children really enjoyed exploring it! We talked about the texture and different properties. We explored the language of size, we even made it taller than us! We used it to make 2d shapes and counted the sides and corners.

The children even made 5 current buns and sang the song together!

We had an escapee butterfly on Friday! It flew out of the net and landed right on Tommy's hand! It wasn't quite old enough to let go yet but the children loved having a hold. They were all really careful and gentle.
How exciting!

We recently had some wonderful donations from Mrs Hayton and Mrs Cobb to add to our outdoor area! The children have had a fantastic time exploring the new equipment!
